Nuts & Lock Nuts

What is the Difference between a Full Nut and a Nyloc Nut.

A Nyloc nut, also known as a nylon-insert lock nut, is a type of locknut with a nylon collar insert that resist turning. This insert increases friction on the screw thread, which helps to prevent the nut from loosening due to vibration or torque.

A Full Nut, are fully threaded, meaning the internal threads extend through the entire thickness of the nut. This allows for a strong and secure grip when paired with a bolt or threaded rod
