Rod Ends

The design of spherical bearings makes them suitable for bearing arrangements where alignment movements have to be accommodated between shaft and housing, or where regular tilting movements or oscillations occur at relatively low sliding velocities.

Rod Ends

Rod Ends are complete units with an eye shaped housing, an integral shank and a self -aligning spherical plain bearing. They are available in male or female thread form, left or right handed. The bearing surface can be steel on steel, PTFE lined, bronzed lined or nylon lined.

Metric and Imperial sizes are available.

Spherical Plain Bearings

Spherical Plain Bearings are self-aligning bearings that have an inner and outer ring with spherical lined sliding surfaces. They are available as steel on steel, PTFE lined, bronze lined or nylon lined.
