Needle Roller

Needle Roller Bearings are small in sectional height, therefore useful in making machinery smaller and lighter. They are compact, highly rigid and superior in load carrying performance compared with other types of bearing and are excellent for carrying oscillating loads.

Needle Roller and Cage Assemblies

Needle Roller and Cage Assemblies are ready-to-mount, self-contained bearings. They are an excellent choice for applications that require a very rigid bearing arrangement as well as a high load carrying capacity. If the shaft and housing bore can serve as raceways, needle roller and cage assemblies require minimal radial space.

Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings

These are complete units comprising thin walled, drawn cup outer rings and needle roller and cage assemblies. They are available with open or closed ends, sealed versions are also available.

Machined Needle Roller Bearings

In needle roller bearings with ribs the outer ring and the needle roller and cage assemblies form a self-retaining unit.Bearings without an inner ring are the best solution for bearing arrangements where the shaft can be hardened and ground.

Bearings with inner rings are used if the shaft cannot be configured as a rolling bearing raceway.

Yoke Type Track Rollers (Roller Followers)

These are ready to fit bearings with a particularly thick walled outer ring. They are mounted on a shaft or stud and are supplied with or without an inner ring.

Stud Type Track Followers (Cam Followers)

These correspond in design to the Yoke type but in place of the inner ring they have a heavy section roller stud.
